General Use
My Little Guppy offers the use of its service/web site without warranty or guarantee of uptime, support or any other services.
Content
The user will remain responsible for all content posted to their account for display on their site whether it be multimedia, text or comments posted by visitors to the site. My Little Guppy and parent company Project BIG fish reserves the right to review all content and remove any content it deems to be unacceptable for any reason, without warning or notice. All content copyright is owned by the account holder, and the account holder remains responsible for any violation of this.
Accounts
Accounts must be maintained by the account holder, and it is the responsibility of the account holder to keep their access information private. My Little Guppy and Project BIG fish reserves the right to cancel and remove any account if it is deemed as being used in an unacceptable manner. This cancellation may be done without warning or notice.
Search Engines
Efforts have been made to block search engines from indexing all personal sites (i.e name.mylittleguppy.com). This means they should not be found amongst search results on sites such as Google.com. However, the user accepts the fact that anything posted on the internet is not private. Posting personal identifying information, such as addresses, phone numbers, etc., that one does not want unknown parties to access is unsafe and should not be done.
Account holders can opt to allow search engines to index the content of thier site. However, sites by default are set to block search engines from indexing thier content. Please see 'Advanced Settings' under the 'Settings' tab in the account control panel to learn more.
Privacy
My Little Guppy collects personal identifying information from users opening an account through web forms and integration with Facebook for the purposes of account management. It may also collect email addresses through support and feedback forms. The site may utilizes non-identifying cookies to maintain an account holder’s session. In addition, all visits to the site are recorded by an analytics reporting service which allows us to review general site statistics on site usage. My Little Guppy or Project BIG fish does not sell, or by any other means, provide email addresses or other personal information to any third parties. Information collected during the account creation process may be used only to contact account holder’s regarding the My Little Guppy service.
Cancelation
At any time, an account holder can have their account be canceled and all content and files immediatly removed from our server, for any reason. To cancel your account, see 'My Settings' from within the application and click 'Cancel Account'
Changes to Terms and Conditions
My Little Guppy and Project BIG fish reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at anytime. When changes are made, they will be posted here with the date of the latest updated terms posted at the top.
Notice to Project Little Fish Members
As of July 2, 2010 Project little Fish will be upgraded to My Little Guppy. During this phase out period, the flowing terms and conditions apply to both Project little Fish and My Little Guppy.
